ITV Lunchtime News – with John Suchet and Julia Somerville. Monday 8th March 1999 brought the biggest change to News on ITV. After much debate and a challenge from the ITC, ITV moved it’s main news bulletins. The Lunchtime stayed at 12:30 by now re-branded ITV. Also a welcome return of John Suchet to Luchtime.
