Swallows and Amazons

Swallows and Amazons was a children’s television series based on Arthur Ransome’s 1930 novel of the same name, about the holiday adventures of two groups of children, sailing on a lake and camping on an island in the Lake District in the 1930s. The series ran from 3rd September 1963 to 8th October 1963.
