Blockbusters was introduced to the UK by Graham C. Williams who spotted the show in 1981 while on a visit to the USA. The main difference was that instead of adults, who appeared on the American edition, the UK edition utilised sixth formers.. For the first series only 50 episodes were made, and two network slots were used. 15.30 or 17.15 depending where you lived. The voice over artist is Andrew Lodge. This edition is introduced to Thames viewers by Peter Marshall.
