Chain Letters

Chain Letters debuted as part of ITV's fresh look morning line-up in September 1987. The show saw three contestants being given a word to change one letter at a time, make new words. Chain Letters also had a theme song that was composed by Mike Moran and sung by Lance Ellington and Miriam Stockley that explained the aim of the game before the show had even started! The show Ran for 6 series between 1987 and 1997 and had a change of host in every single series beginning with the late, great, Jeremy Beadle, and before finishing with the then unknown Dave Spikey.
