Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear! The BBC pulled out all the stops to promote the 1993 Grand National as if it was Top Gear, all that's missing is Jeremy Clarkson. But, the BBC could never have foreseen the absolute shambles that was to unfold on Saturday 3rd 1993.
