A James Bond film has been a staple part of ITV’s bank holiday line-up for decades and in 1981 ITV decided to show a Bond film immediately after the Queen’s Speech. The promo then briefly focuses on the next two programmes giving us the Christmas Day line-up for late afternoon/early evening on ITV.
