Thames test tone no bars

This clip was of when Thames stayed on air all night because of transmitter problems due to the snow so the IBA must have had technical difficulties with ETP-1 showing from the Croydon and Crystal Palace transmitters so the Thames clock and logo in the continuity announcer's booth were shown with test tones before schools programmes.
