To mark the new era in its history, UTV's new ident appeared in not just a standard version, but with live-action scenes following after the initial logo form-up. These ident variants gradually disappeared in use by 1994. The new logo style was also reflected in all aspects of UTV's on-air presentation; from trailers to programme captions and to the in-vision continuity set.
