ALF

ALF was an American sitcom created by Tom Pratchett and Paul Fusco, the latter performed as the titular ALF, an alien who crashed to Earth and is taken in by the Tanner family. The series ran from 1986 until 1990, this episode is taken from Season 2, Episode 5 and the episode is called Prime Time!
