As a recent widow, Sally Harrison (Wendy Craig) is striving to maintain her role as Mr. Campbell’s (George Selway) veterinary assistant while raising her two children, Simon (Robin Davies) and Peter (David Parfitt). With the support of her Aunt Flo (Valerie Lush), who lives with the family and lends a helping hand, Sally navigates the challenges of her new life. A total of 26 episodes were broadcast over 4 series between 1971 and 1973. A sequel, ‘…And Mother Makes Five’ followed in 1974.
