The Avengers

This is a unique set of titles and was only used on Emma Peel / Tara King hand over story – ‘Forget-Me-Not’. The closing titles, featuring Tara King were used on the initial batch of her stories, which were sent to the USA for broadcast immediately after the final Emma Peel stories. For some reason, when the remainder of the Tara King episodes were shot, new opening and closing titles, namely Knights and Playing Cards were filmed and then retro-fitted to the early shows too. So this is now the only example of the original closing credits.
