BBC Three Launch

BBC Three was launched on 9th February 2003. It took over from BBC Choice as a new Youth channel. Stuart Murphy became famous for running the channel and being the youngest channel controller to launch a new channel at 33. Despite the fact he'd previously run UK Play at the age of 26.
