BBC Two 1986 – 1991 Branding

In 1986, on Easter Monday, BBC Two unveiled a sophisticated new logo that signalled a departure from its traditional striped “2” design. Now represented by the elegantly crafted word “TWO,” the rebranding was the creative vision of Alan Jeapes, the same designer responsible for the iconic title map of EastEnders.
