TV Norge

TVNorge is owned by American SBS who also owns the Swedish counter part Kanal 5 (femman) and Danish channels TVDanmark 1 and TVDanmark 2. TVNorge reaches out to 3,340,000 people in Norway, that's 82% of the population of Norway. (NRK has 100%, TV2 has 97% and TV3 has 63%) TVNorge is based on the Swedish TV4 model of using local tv stations around the country to distribute their signal on the UHF band. (16 station of 21) TVNorge has it's offices in Oslo, and runs it's own local TV station for Oslo; OSLO TV (broadcasting 17.30, 18.30 and 23.15 for 25 mins.) TVNorge programme schedule is based on News, Sport, movies, series and lots of reality series like Big Brother.
