TV6

TV6 was a "Women's channel" launched in 1994 by Kinnevik, owners of TV3 and TV1000. In February 1998 it was decided that this format had been unsuccesful and the channel was repositioned and became a pay channel showing nature documentaries ("TV6 Nature World") and action movies and series ("TV6 Action World"). In 2002 it was renamed "Viasat Nature/Action", but some references to the old name still remains. The channel is still present, but was renamed "Viasat Nature/Crime" in 2005.
