Bob Hall introduces live coverage of this second division play off final between Port Vale and West Bromwich Albion on Sunday 30th May 1993. Ironically both teams being situated in the Central region. West Brom went out 3-0 winners gaining promotion back to the 2nd tier of English Football after a 2 year absence. The theme is the same one used for the European Championships of 1992 and then for Football League Extra. The theme is “You are the number one” by Union.
