The Chart Show
Broadcast
7th January 1995
Famous for its crude computer graphics (icons which, when clicked, revealed information about the band, song, or tour dates. Just a production body on an Amiga 500…remember them?), The Chart Show was broadcast on Channel 4 from 86-88, and then transferred to ITV from 89 to 98. It was shown on ITV in most regions and was famously sponsored by Twix. The production company was Video Visuals, and when shown on ITV was credited as "A Yorkshire Television Presentation" from 93-98. Prior to this, no ITV franchisee's logo was shown at the end.
