BBC1 Children’s Continuity

A trail for Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!, which was one of the stalwarts of BBC Children’s programme in the 1970s. (Before that hateful nephew spoiled things). The episode is called ‘Scooby-Doo and a Mummy Too’ and is the 12th one in the first season (1969 to 1970). The Jackonary story read by June Whitfield was ‘The House That Sailed Away’ by Pat Hutchins. (Who appeared herself as the boat owner in the 1990s on ITV’s ‘Rosie & Jim’)
