Cilla’s World of Comedy

A year and a half after the renowned Liverpudlian artist’s initial venture into comedy-drama with the critically acclaimed Cilla’s Comedy Six, ATV commissioned Cilla Black for a subsequent series of standalone sitcoms. Demonstrating her adaptability and signature playful wit, Cilla’s World of Comedy offered an additional collection of poignant narratives centred on the challenges and experiences of six contemporary women, each leading distinct lives.
