After nearly 8 years, The Comic Strip Presents jumped ship from Channel 4 to BBC Two, the series definitely wasn’t as good, and there was little to no Rik Mayall as he was busy doing The New Statesman and trying to break into Hollywood with Drop Dead Fred! But, the Comic Strip team carried on regardless!
