Roger launches into a massive giggling fit during the open of a newscasts, recites his close as the open to the broadcast, and can't get through the lead story – which, unfortunately, is a deathly serious affair about a Tiberculosis scare. Even after this, it takes but a moment for him to get his bearings to continue with the story. A hilarious blooper.
