Bernard Cribbins, the man, the legend, starred in his own Thames Television extravaganza, which ran for two glorious series in 1969 and 1970. In the first six-part series, he was joined by an all-star cast including Bob Todd, Terence Brady, Carmel McSharry, Laura Thurlow and the one and only Madeline Smith.
