Train the jobless to master the… non-existent jobs? It’s like giving a fish a bicycle! But hey, at least he’ll be the most overqualified fish on two wheels. Perhaps it’s a ‘reel’ strategy, or maybe we’re just ‘floundering’ here. Hats off to the DfE for that deep dive into employment waters.
