The Enigma Files was a BBC detective drama that ran for one series in 1980. The series was about a police officer who had been sidelined from regular duties and been placed in charge of a records and evidence unit. Whilst there he began to investigate unsolved crimes. The series consisted of 15 episodes. When re-run in 1982, only 6 episodes were shown. This recording is from the 1982 re-run.
