Good Morning Britain – First programme
Good Morning Britain Mark 2 was launched on 28th April 2014, with 4 new presenters – Susanna Reid, Sean Fletcher, Ben Shephard and Charlotte Hawkins. A radical new approach to breakfast tv presentationn in the UK, with lots of inspiration drawn from how the American networks do it. It’s contemporary, bold and fresh and has a good pace. The studio is amazing with a 360 degrees set and very dynamic camera moves through the use of jib and steadicam, really pushing the boundaries of convential television presentation. Graphics are too incredibly spot-on using the latest fashion of drone shots of the Thames and ITV Towers, which looks stunning. Onscreen graphics also push the boundaires with innovative wipes and over info-style content gfx, however the onscreen archiecture of gfx is very busy, which was toned down not long after launch.
