After the sale, "Fox" branded graphics were quickly implemented on WTXF. For the first few months, the station was known as just "Fox", until the more formal "Fox Philadelphia" brand was implemented that fall. This unique color-changing treatment of the Fox logo was introduced at the same time, and lasted until 1997, when promos began to use a full Fox Philadelphia logo.
