Hoover

The High Powered Compact was a more upmarket version of the basic Hoover Junior. The main difference being that it had a plastic body covering the inner dust bag, rather than the cloth outer bag on the Junior. It is rumoured, amongst Hoover collectors, that AC/DC's Bon Scott was singing about it being a 'Beautiful Mover'.
