ITV Schools on Channel 4

ITV's coverage of the 1987 election provided a great opportunity for Schools to try out its future home, Channel 4. The slides and clock were the same but picture quality was noticeably higher. The clock appeared to be played out from VT, as this example shows – programme titles used a different font and were electronically generated
