Leyland Cars

This advert nicely illustrates all the marques which formed BL's car making arm. Some of the models featured are the brand new Rover SDI, Triumph TR7, Jaguar XJS and Series 2 Allegro. There is a slightly longer version of the advert elsewhere online which has a family washing down their Austin Maxi. BL's problems were common to all the major British car firms in the 1970s, so it's perhaps unfair to single them out as being unique.
