Michael Parkinson

Former Granada TV’s Scene at 6.30 presenter Michael Parkinson could also be seen presenting for Anglia TV in the 1960’s. Michael went on to present the successful Parkinson chat show for the BBC in the 1970’s. He was also one of the “Famous Five” at the launch of TV-am in 1983. He also took over from Michael Aspel as host of ITV’s Give Us A Clue. Michael returned to his Saturday night chat show, first on BBC ONE and now ITV1
