Wales Today 1984 – 1986
On 3rd September 1984 the programme moved to 5:35 pm, one hour earlier than most of its counterpart BBC news programmes elsewhere in the UK. The reason Wales Today moved time-slot was because it shared the same studio facilities (studio C2 at Broadcasting House in Cardiff) with S4C’s Newyddion programme, which broadcast at 7pm.
