Oppenheimer was a British television drama series about the American physicist who led the U.S. effort to develop the atomic bomb during World War II. The series was produced by the BBC and was originally transmitted on BBC2 from 29th October 1980 to 10th December 1980. This recording is from a 1982 BBC1 repeat showing of the series.
