For some reason, still unclear whilst a lot of other ITV companies were showing the film The Sweeny, TVS were showing Sweeny II. The result is that TVS ended up joining that evening's O.T.T. later than planned and instead crashed into the programme. There was no mention of this happening however in the announcement from Gordon Radley.
