Our World was the predecessor to the long running My World series, and was originally introduced as ten new programmes in the Autumn Term of 1986, and was eventually rolled out as full series over the following two academic years. Our World gave a child's eye view of the world they lived in as part of the school class, and as part of the wider world such as the arrival of a new baby in the family, through to spending the day with their grandparents.
