P.S.A.

TVS branded it's community features Public Service Announcements or P.S.A.'s which were typically a static caption with information read by a continuity announcer or a memeber of the news team. They also sometimes used the name 'PO Box 13' which was the easy to remember post office box address which viewers could write to for further information. By the 1990s public service announcements had taken on the form of a regular commercial which appeared at the end of a normal advert break.
