Ready Steady Go! made a return to UK TV screens in 1985, albeit in heavily re-edited form as Dave Clark off The Dave Clark Five had bought the rights to what remained of the show, and edited them into compilations for Channel 4 and home video release. Clark has since sold the rights to BMG, who plan to re-release them.
