A Sharp Intake of Breath

This series by Ronnie Taylor was about the problems of a young married couple. Peter and Sheila Barnes (David Jason and Jacqueline Clarke) tried to understand and beat 'the system'. Alun Armstrong and Richard Wilson also starred in various roles. Other writers included Kenneth Cope and Leslie Duxbury. The series featured cartoons by Mel Calman.
