In 2002 the channel introduced Sky News Today, a faster paced morning news programme from 9am till 1pm presented by Martin Stanford and Julie Etchingham. Presentation came from the newsroom, with stories and interviews done from a desk and headlines told from the new videowall. Emails from viewers and polls are extensively used to make the programme more interactive.
