Slinger’s Day

This was originally Tripper's Day with Leonard Rossiter as the lead, as a supermarket manager saddled with the most incompetant staff in the world. Sadly, he died in 1984, during the broadcast of the only series. In 1986 it was revised as Slinger's Day and ran for 2 series. It was the only sit-com that Bruce Forsyth ever appeared in.
