Stepping Stones

Stepping Stones was Yorkshire Television's answer to the BBC's Playschool and was broadcast in the ITV Children's slot at lunchtimes from 1977 up until 1981. Speaking as a Doctor Who fan, isn't Elizabeth (Sarah Jane Smith) Sladen wearing exactly the same outfit as she wore in 'The Brain of Morbius'? Was she allowed to keep her costume or something? Also, Keith Barron was at the time chewing the scenery as a villain in 'The New Avengers' and 'The Professionals'.
