Susan Osman

Originally with HTV West in Bristol, Susan moved to BBC Look East in Norwich. Next was Thames Television in London, reporting and sometimes presenting on 4 What It’s Worth and current affairs programme Reporting London. This was followed by a stint at ITN for their Over Night service. Next was a move to BSB’s Now Channel to present European Business Today. Following the merger with Sky, Susan move to Bristol to co-present BBC Points West and later BBC News West in 1991 (now re-named Points West). As well as presenting Points West, Susan could regularly be seen presenting BBC West’s documentary series Close Up West. Susan has now left BBC Points West and went on to occasionally presenting over night bulletins on BBC News 24, BBC World and of course BBC 1. Susan has now left the BBC and she’s now the presenter of the English Service of China Radio International (CRI). Susan presents ‘Beijing Hour’ the weekday news programme. It is available on shortwave around the world and also on AM and FM in Beijing.
