Left: First seen as a summer ident in 2001 and filmed at Barry's Amusements in Portrush, UTV viewers continued to be treated to this trip to the fair at start-up each morning during 2002. Bizarrely, this particular ident *still* appeared after these idents were discontinued in use. The pre-recorded voiceover is Laura Hughes, one of UTV's trail voiceover artists at the time. Right: Rarely, the Belfast/Dublin/Cork ident of the 2001 package was used at 9.25am. Here, Audra Thomas provides the pre-recorded voiceover.
