Whacko! is probably one of the best remembered sitcoms of the 1950s. It starred Jimmy Edwards and Arthur Howard and was set at the Chiselbury Public School. It's original run was from 1956 to 1960, but the series was revived from 1971 to 1972 . The writers were Frank Muir & Denis Norden.
