This Is Your Life was a biographical television programme, based on an American one of the same name. The series was produced by the BBC from 1955 to 1964. Thames Television revived it in 1969 and produced it from then until 2003. Initially for the ITV network and then for the BBC. Michael Aspel presented the programme from 1987 to 2003.
