Set in the world of ‘The Weekly Bizarre’ a newspaper fixated on The Great Rug Scandal, ‘Hold The Front Page’ starred Denise Coffey as journalist Gloria Glamorsox. The show also featured Gerry Marsden, Peter Dennis, Lois Lane, Roy Hudd and Andrew Robertson, who all contributed to the slapstick fun.
