UTV's longest running non-news programme, the first edition of Gerry Kelly's live Friday night chat show was broadcast in September 1989. Down the years, Gerry presented the programme from locations including Dublin, New York and the North West 200 races, as well as its usual base at UTV's Havelock House studios. The 1992/1993 series was also shown in the STV region, but Kelly never got much further on the ITV network. The end of the series was announced in 2005, with the final episode transmitted on 16th December that year.
