The Main Chance

After years of honing his skills in London, the ambitious young lawyer David Main (John Stride) decides to set up his own firm back in his hometown of Leeds. His relentless pursuit of high-stakes cases is balanced by a strong moral compass, prompting him to defend the marginalised and downtrodden. Despite the occasional clash with his conservative Leeds partner, Henry Castleton (John Wentworth), Main’s bold tactics and sharp wit usually steer him through the thorny paths of legal challenges.
