Monty Pythonesque – BBC1 Colour

This is from the penultimate edition of Nationwide, part of it marking it’s final week, to show for the last time ‘the good word’ version of the defunct nationwide intros, just after the bbc1 announcement. The man dressed up comically was Glynn  Worsnip, who was presenting a feature in the final week of the programme looking through the archives, called ‘Nationwide Looks Back’.
