The full, permanent open – with the "4 New York" theme – was in place by late 1992, although by this recording in 1993 the graphics have been modified some. It's still "News 4 at 5pm", with Chuck and Sue anchoring, but since Chuck is off Matt Lauer is sitting in. Scott Chapin provides the sinister voiceover, and early 90s chunky graphics abound.
