Paul O’Grady’s Orient

Paul O'Grady is a warm, loving and witty comic from Birkenhead, hugely admired throughout the United Kingdom, in fact the whole world, for his entertaining drag act Lily Savage. In this series he left his wig and frock at home, to impersonate Alan Whicker in a series of ten half-hours slumming round Asia. The series aired in summer 2000.
